About the event

Future-Ready: Empowering High School Students with 
Career Guidance is a roundtable under Al Ghurair Connect 
by the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation.
This roundtable brings together school leaders, career 
counselors, and education stakeholders to collectively 
explore how we can better prepare high school students for 
the future world of work. Rather than presenting structured 
solutions, this session aims to open a space for dialogue 
where we can listen, learn, and exchange ideas around 
enhancing career guidance for youth.
We want to hear directly from those on the ground about 
what is working, what gaps exist, and how we can 
collectively expose students to diverse career paths and 
support them in making informed choices about their 
futures.
At the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, we are committed to 
co-creating impactful solutions with our partners. Your 
insights will help shape future initiatives that empower 
Emirati youth to be future-ready and confident in their 
personal and professional journeys.
